To create a Darshit Korat Account, you must provide your valid email ID, which we may verify via a one-time password (OTP). Please note that if you use the Platform as a Guest, certain features may be unavailable to you, such as order tracking or saving address details.
2.2 Duty to be responsible: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Darshit Korat Account credentials, including your password, and for restricting access to your devices. You accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. You also warrant that the information you provide does not infringe upon any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for any content or information uploaded or submitted via your account or through the Platform.
2.3 Security Breach: If you become aware or suspect any breach of security relating to your Darshit Korat Account, you should contact our Grievance Officer immediately using the contact information provided in Section 17. We reserve the right to require a password change, or to temporarily or permanently suspend your account if we suspect any security breach, without liability.
2.4 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your Darshit Korat Account and/or refuse access to our Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Platform or Services. Any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.5 Ensure compatibility and keep updated: You must ensure that you update the Platform whenever new versions or updates are released. Failure to do so may result in reduced functionality or inability to use the Platform.
3. Limited License
3.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform, Information, and Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.2 You are not permitted to download, copy, install, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the Platform, Services, or Information available through the Platform for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by us in writing. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms remain solely with us. o) Use or share another user’s account;
p) Create new accounts if previously banned without permission;
q) Use the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without written consent;
r) Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform’s content beyond what is permitted;
s) Embed or display unlawful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content on other websites;
t) Imply that your statements or content are endorsed by darshitkorat.com without our explicit permission. Violation may lead to termination and legal action.
15. Term and Termination
15.1 These Terms remain effective indefinitely until terminated by either you or darshitkorat.com. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Platform, Products, or Information, or terminate your access, with or without cause, at any time.
15.2 Upon termination, you must cease use of the Platform, delete all copies of its content and information from your devices or sites, and certify this to us. We reserve the right to audit compliance.
16. Electronic Communication
By using darshitkorat.com, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notifications, promotions, and other Platform-related messages via email, push notifications, or posting on the Platform. These electronic communications satisfy any legal writing requirements. You are responsible for keeping your contact information, including email, up to date. Communications sent to your registered email address will be considered delivered once sent.

19. General Provisions
19.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or Products at any time without prior notice. You agree that we are not liable for any consequences arising from such changes. If you disagree with any modifications, please stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
19.2 Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, Products, or Information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai. All disputes will be resolved through arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (including amendments). The seat of arbitration will be Mumbai, and proceedings will be conducted in English. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
19.3 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations at our sole discretion without restriction.
19.4 Waiver: Any delay or failure by us to enforce any rights under these Terms shall not be considered a waiver. No partial exercise of any rights shall prevent further enforcement.
19.5 Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced by legally valid ones reflecting the original intent.
19.6 Force Majeure: We are not responsible for failure or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including pandemics, natural disasters, war, strikes, or embargoes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
