Order Processing

Shipping Timelines
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible. In most cases, it takes:
- 24 business hours for order preparation (for prepaid orders)
- 1–3 business days for delivery to major metro cities
- 5–7 business days for delivery to non-metro cities
- 3-hour delivery option for specific pin codes
- 24-hour delivery option for specific pin codes
This may differ based on your pincode and can be impacted by external delays (e.g., weather, strikes, or high-demand). We work with trusted delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier for metro cities, while remote locations may take longer.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any additional customs duties or taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- Email us at hello.darshitkorat08@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
- If eligible, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund or replacement.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Products returned without authorization or beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations:
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, only if the item hasn’t shipped.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
